Data Deletion Policy

RSK and Sons does not independently store customer personal data outside of its operational systems. All data is managed within our internal systems and integrated ERP infrastructure.

If a user wishes to request deletion of their personal data, they may contact us at:

Upon receiving a request, we will process the deletion and coordinate with our authorized service providers, including our ERP integration partner, to ensure that the data is deleted within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable regulations.

We will confirm once the deletion request has been completed.
